record front to back, Q & A / request set, manchester orchestra dates, does anyone like the wire?

HI! jack here. writing you all from LA. its been somewhat of a crazy week of travel/birhday. 6 days ago i was here in LA working on new music... then i flew home, drove up to montreal, celebrated my birthday, went to vermont, hung out with my grandmother, drove back home, celebrated my birthday again with a different but just as fascinating group of people, played a show in new jersey, flew back to LA, ate dinner at los burritos, went to bed. one major plus of all this is the amount of travel time is that i got to listen to new records and start watching the wire. HA! was planning on writing a new album, but i guess the wire will ruin my life one time sucking episode at a time. see you in hell! ok, moving on. all jokes, mostly.
 
ok- actual order of business: 2 THINGS!
 
1) we are super excited to announce two shows in two of our absolute favorite cities with one of our absolute favorite bands. june 11th in SLC and june 12th in denver with manchester orchestra. yes! yay. im sure you guys have already heard them pontificate about those cities and how brilliant they are. i mean, at those altitudes and those levels of fatigue we can only concur. 
 
2) ok, we have three very special headlining shows coming up in boston, DC and columbus, OH. we haven't headlined in a year... so here's what we are going to do. it comes in 2 parts (noticing a theme). part 1: we will be playing our self titled record from FRONT to BACK! we have obviously never done this before considering there are songs on that record we've never even played live. then.. and it gets better ... we are going loosen up once that is done and basically have a total request/Q & A session to close things out. at this point we just want to talk, answer questions, tell stories and play whatever songs you guys demand. like i said, we've never done anything like this and having these 3 isolated headlining shows will be the perfect opportunity. also- i have not yet mentioned that we are doing these shows in tiny venues in order to make all of them feel like our video for 'bullet'. ,,, yay, ok- ticket links are here, act fast.
